Dolphin Court is located just off The Esplanade, at the bottom of Rockfield Road and within a short stroll of the beautiful Blue Flag beach. We feature two apartments in this imposing Victorian conversion, which comprises five apartments in total. Stylishly furnished and beautifully presented each offers high quality modern accommodation with an individual private terrace and lovely sea views.

Both apartments are situated on the ground floor with easy access for families or less mobile guests. Private allocated parking is to the front of the building and apartment one has easy ramped access. As the apartments are adjacent to each other they can be booked together to sleep ten in total, ideal for the larger family. Apartment one welcomes pets and has a reduced tariff for couples in low season

1 Dolphin Court offers high quality ground floor accommodation with all home comforts and modern facilities. The open plan living/dining area provides a comfortable space with all original oak flooring and original Victorian fireplace, cosy sofas and a kitchen and dining area complemented with terracotta tiles. All of this area has access to a private paved front terrace which is the perfect spot to enjoy the beach and sea views. An ideal base for couples or families, two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, one with an ensuite shower room and the second served by a separate bathroom. The shared rear patio which can be accessed from the second bedroom has surfboard and wetsuit racks and steps that lead to a large shared deck. The perfect get away from it all holiday will be found at Dolphin Court together with a real home from home welcome at any time of the year.

Ground floor: Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. TV with Freeview, video, DVD and stereo. Bedroom 1 with King and en suite shower room with WC and basin, TV and DVD. Bedroom 2 with Twin, Double zip 'n' link option on request, TV and DVD. Bathroom with bath, with mixer handset over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. Private parking for 1 car and roadside parking. Short Breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
