LOVELY COTTAGE WITH 200 YEAR OLD FEATURE WELL This pretty terraced cottage nestles in one of Appledore s attractive steep and narrow streets and has been lovingly refurbished. The cottage maintains many of its original features including a restored well that dates back hundreds of years. The property also provides modern facilities making this the perfect retreat for anyone seeking a romantic break away. This quaint fishing village offers a range of shops pubs and restaurants all within a short walk serving good food. Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sandy beach surfing and family amusements is only a 5 minutes drive. The popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple with their famous pannier markets are also close by offering an array of good pubs shops and restaurants. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: 1 double with en-suite tiled bathroom with electric shower over bath heated towel rail and river views. Lounge/kitchen/diner: downstairs open-plan arrangement with feature well which has lighting sofa TV and DVD player. Dining table and seating. Modern well-equipped kitchen area with electric cooker microwave fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer. Outside: regret no garden. Amenities: parking close by.
