BEAUTIFULLY SITUATED HIGH ON THE PERTHSHIRE MOORS This south facing charming semi-detached cottage enjoys a peaceful rural location with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage offers bright comfortable and spacious accommodation for a couple or young family. This is an ideal base for touring with the famous Perthshire lochs and glens and Royal Deeside within easy reach as are the cities of Perth and Dundee. The moors and forests provide excellent walking and cycling on the Cateran Trail along with nearby golf courses. The pretty village of Alyth is 6 miles and the Bridge of Cally is 3 miles. Blairgowrie is just 6 miles away which offers supermarkets quaint local craft shops restaurants teashops and further golf courses. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: 1 double with en-suite bathroom. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with patio doors leading to the garden electric oven fridge/freezer and microwave Freeview TV DVD and hi-fi. Outside: front garden with outdoor seating. Amenities: off road parking. Bed linen towels and electric included. Regret no smoking. Arrival: 4pm
