GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE SET WITHIN 5 ACRES WITH PIGS SHEEP AND POULTRY Located in the centre of the pretty Devon village of Clawton and overlooked by the village church of St Leonard this semi-detached cottage oozes character and offers features such as beams and exposed stonework. Positioned close to the market town of Holsworthy and the Cornwall border there is much to see and do. On site visitors can enjoy the flower garden or game of croquet on the lawn take a stroll through the woods play Pooh sticks from the bridge over the babbling brook or simply sit and relax by the summer house. Further afield you have the north west and south coasts which are all easily accessible and all offer an array of bars shops and cafes. The Eden Project and the nearby Lost Gardens of Heligan an hours drive or for tranquil days you can visit the moors of Dartmoor and Bodmin. Farm activities: children are made to feel especially welcome and are encouraged to help feed the chickens! The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: super king-size zip-and-link double which can be made into twin beds on request with hanging space available. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: cosy with exposed beams woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The property has a south facing private rear gardens and shared use of the owners extensive grounds next door. Amenities: ample parking to the side of the property. Bed linen Wi-Fi electric and central heating included. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome further by arrangement. Location: beach 13 miles shops and pubs 2 miles.
