BREATHTAKING SEA VIEWS WALKING DISTANCE TO COASTAL PATH This converted wing of the main house has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and enjoys fabulous sea and countryside views from most rooms. A perfect spot for walkers the popular coast path is approximately 1 mile walk from the property and takes you into the local town of Bude with its shops pubs restaurants Splashpool and canal or into North Devon in the other direction. There are a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include Boscastle Harbour Tintagel Castle Clovelly and within easy reach is The Eden Project. Also wonderful beaches including Summerleaze Crooklets Widemouth and Sandymouth all within 2 miles and visible from the property. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving good food. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with sea views. Shower room: and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner; well-equipped with french doors leading onto the lardge decked area with sea views flatscreen TV DVD Freeview oven hob fridge/freezer washer/dryer and microwave. Conservatory with seating and magnificent views. Outside: decked area with seating as well as private patio with BBQ and use of two adjacent fields. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. Regret no pets. Location: beach 2 miles pub and shop within 2 miles.
