IN A COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION YET ONLY A SHORT DRIVE TO THE BEACH. REGRET NO BABIES OR CHILDREN This delightful detached barn with exposed beams has been lovingly converted to a high standard offering excellent accommodation in a tranquil spot with country views. Situated close on the North Cornwall coast 1 mile from the village of Kilkhampton with post office shops and pubs. The area is famed for its magnificent beaches such as Sandymouth Bay Duckpool Bude Widemouth Bay all known for surfing and coastal walks. Nearby the Tamar Lakes are a haven for birds wildlife fishing and watersports. Golf 2.5 miles. Places to visit include The Eden Project stately homes and gardens many fishing villages including Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets. Boscastle Tintagel and Port Isaac are also a short drive away. Split-level accommodation with exposed beams and offering ONE bedroom: kingsize with TV accessed via a few steps up from the living area. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Cupboard in the bathroom houses the washing machine. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with slate floor TV Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with dishwasher fridge cooker and microwave. Outside: french doors onto patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private enclosed parking area. Bed linen towels and electric included central heating timed twice a day. Strictly 1 small dog only by arrangement (no dogs under 4 years old). A security deposit of 40 applies to guests taking a dog and is payable directly to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday. Regret no smoking. Additional info: regret no children or babies. Cream tea on arrival. Location: beach 4 miles (Sandymouth) pub and shop 2 miles.
