Exmouth is the gateway to the Jurassic coast. The Exe estuary nature reserve is a 10 minute walk away and is a haven for bird watchers throughout the year you can also use the newly created cycle trail stretching to Exeter and beyond. There are many cliff-top walks which offer stunning views of the bay and plenty of sand dunes rock pools and many seaside attractions which will keep everyone entertained for hours. You will be within a short drive to Crealy Adventure Park The Donkey Sanctuary Roman Quarry Caves at Beer and Seaton Electric Tramway. The historic regional centre of Exeter is a short drive and offers cinemas shops pubs restaurants and theatre. There is a regular bus service to Exeter a few yards from the property. Other facilities close by include the championship golf course at the Woodbury Park Hotel Golf and Country Club riding fishing and more. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: upstairs twin with en-suite shower room accessed via steep stairs. Lounge/kitchen/diner: an open-plan area situated downstairs with dining table and lounge area with flatscreen Freeview TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric cooker microwave fridge and washing machine. Outside: patio doors leading out to decked seating area. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Strictly no smoking. Additional info: owners live next door to the property. Regret no babies or children under 12 years. Location: pubs shops and beach are all within 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
