REGRET NO CHILDREN This well-equipped converted barn is perfectly positioned in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with miles and miles of National Trust coastal walks starting within 1 mile of the barn at the glorious unspoilt Wonwell Beach. This wonderful area has a wealth of popular attractions such as Dartmoor Salcombe Totnes Plymouth Hoe Barbican and Aquarium plus much more. When you are not out and about enjoying the South Hams relax in the garden or take a stroll to the famous Dolphin Inn serving delicious pub food. The accommodation which is extremely spacious offers ONE bedroom: super-king-size with en-suite shower room WC and bidet. Separate WC and bidet downstairs. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large with TV DVD washing machine fridge cooker and microwave. Outside: private garden. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels and electric included. Central heating extra. Regret no children. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: pub 0.5 miles beach 0.75 miles shop 2.25 miles.
