These Grade II listed properties are set on a working farm and offer many original features including exposed beams natural Pentewan stone flooring and original stonework. Located just outside the hamlet of London Apprentice approximately 4 miles south of St Austell you will be ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall where there are a wealth of popular attractions including The Eden Project the Tall Ships at Charlestown The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens to name but a few. The local beach of Pentewan is a 10 minute drive and the quaint old fishing village of Mevagissey is 4 miles away where there are many good restaurants craft shops and pubs. Play facilities: access to children s play area. Shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels Wi-Fi electric and heating included. Travel cot with cot linen highchair and baby bath available on request. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: Pentewan beach approximately 3 miles shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm. Formerly the servants quarters set on two levels and offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/diner: on ground floor with original Pentewan stone flooring TV DVD Freeview and inglenook feature fireplace with a bread oven. Kitchen: 2 steps up with electric cooker microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Outside: the cottages share a garden with BBQ garden furniture and children s play area. Amenities: night storage heating.
