PRETTY TRADITIONAL BRICK COTTAGE NEAR THE POPULAR VILLAGE OF PERSHORE Located in the pretty village of Naunton Beauchamp this lovely cottage built in local red clay brick is perfect for couples or small families that want to stay in a peaceful countryside village but remain a short drive away from the wealth of pretty towns attractions and days out. Ideally situated in the beautiful county of Worcestershire with the stunning Malvern Hills or the beautiful town of Evesham a 30 minute drive. There is a good local network of footpaths bridleways and lanes that are perfect for walking and cycling. The unspoilt market town of Pershore on the banks of the Avon with its Georgian architecture is a short drive and boasts a magnificent Abbey and lovely boutique style shops surrounded by countryside. Why not visit some of the many formal gardens such as Spetchley Park a short drive or National Trust Croome Park 20 minutes. The light and spacious accommodation nestles within the owner s grounds where a warm welcome awaits yet privacy is assured and has ONE double bedroom. Shower room: en-suite with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: seating area with TV DVD woodburner (first basket of logs included) table and chairs. Kitchen area well-equipped with small electric oven and hob fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: seating and lawn area to the side of the property. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Secure bike store. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 dog welcome. Location: pub 2 miles in both directions shops and restaurants in Pershore 5 miles. Arrival: 3.30 pm.
