The village and its surrounds are spiced by the picturesque evidence of Cornwall s rich mining heritage; the ancient engine houses are a unique fascinating feature of the beautiful rolling countryside. Straight from your door you can enjoy walks bridleways and cycle paths whilst Penzance St Ives Falmouth and the splendid cathedral city of Truro are all within easy reach. You are 5 miles from Cornwall s glorious north coast with its golden sands popular surfing beaches and blissfully peaceful coves. This lovely cottage offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with flatscreen TV/DVD Freeview and hi-fi. Kitchen area with integrated electric oven and hob fridge with icebox microwave washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: spacious private enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road private parking immediately outside. Bed linen towels (please bring your own beach towels) electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Regret no cot or highchair but guests are welcome to bring their own. Location: beach 5 miles shops pubs and Post Office within walking distance.
