LOCATED IN A PEACEFUL POSITION WITH COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS With lovely views from the recently constructed conservatory over the adjacent valley this lovely wing of the main bungalow is set on the edge of a working farm and offers a perfect retreat for those requiring peace and tranquillity. Less than a 10 minute drive to the county city of Truro with its shops pubs cinema and more you will be centrally placed for exploring the north and south coastlines with their sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches. The local area is famed for its walking and there are attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties. The local village pub is less than 1 mile away and serves food. The accommodation which is arranged on one floor offers ONE bedroom: double. Bathroom: with shower over bath heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV and electric fire leading to feature conservatory with seating TV and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker fridge and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden area with patio and seating. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen electric towels and Wi-Fi included. Night storage and electric heating. Regret no smoking or pets. Regret no babies or children. Additional info: use of owner s washing machine. Location: beach 7 miles pub and shop less than 1 mile.
