Located on the Cornish border it is ideal for exploring Cornwall and Devon. A host of fishing villages include Padstow Port Isaac and Boscastle with many interesting and historic attractions. There are many local pubs and restaurants all offering local fish meat and produce many with breathtaking views. Many attractions are nearby including country houses and gardens The Eden Project Heligan Rosemoor Cotehele and Lanhydrock; an ideal base for many golf courses auction houses or even adventure sports. The ground floor accommodation is ideally suited for couples of any age and offers ONE bedroom: king-size with TV/DVD approached by two small steps. Bathroom: with traditional Victorian style roll-top bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: large drawing room with woodburner chaise triple sofa and additional sofa and chair large flatscreen TV with Freeview DVD Blu-ray video hi-fi and video/Blu-ray library.
