SPACIOUS PROPERTY ENJOYING A QUIET LOCATION 1 MILE TO THE NEAREST PUB AND A SHORT DRIVE TO EXETER This wing of the owner s house has recently been refurbished to a very a high standard and is set in a delightful countryside location with far reaching views over open fields in all directions and over to Ashclyst Forest. With a series of bridle and footpaths winding past the property ideal for keen walkers or a general stroll in the summer evenings. There is much to see and explore as well as being able to enjoy a popular local pub within a 15 minute walk or the award winning gastro pub Jack in the Green a short drive. The popular East Devon beaches are a short drive and offer a range of sheltered coves and sandy beaches with the Jurassic Coast also being a short drive littered with some picturesque towns and villages. The historic regional City of Exeter with its vast array of shops pubs restaurants cinema theatre and leisure activities is again a short drive from the property and the perfect place to pick up a memento of your stay. With a wealth of local attractions from Crealy Devon Bicton Park numerous National Trust properties and gardens and much more there is something for everyone. In the evenings simply relax unwind and enjoy a glass of wine with a BBQ on the enclosed patio area taking in those long lazy Devon evenings. This delightful property offers ONE bedroom: double located on the first floor with separate dressing room both with slightly restricted head room in places. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC just off the bedroom. Lounge: spacious room also located on the first floor with ample seating around the flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview making the most of the views across to Ashclyst Forest. Kitchen/diner: generous size located on the ground floor with integrated oven and hob with extractor hood microwave dishwasher washing machine and fridge. Outside: private enclosed patio with garden reached via the kitchen and offers BBQ and garden furniture. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
