Ideally placed for those wishing to explore the rugged Coastline of North Wales Snowdonia and the Cheshire countryside. With a wealth of walking with well-marked local paths and further afield Denbighshire s countryside Berwyn Mountains Ceiriog Valley Snowdonia Anglesey and the Cheshire Plain. For historians the walled City of Chester with its Roman remains great shopping restaurants and cafes. Snowdon Mountain Railway and Llanberis Electric Mountain. The National Trust home to Erddig Hall Chirk Castle Plas Newydd Penrhyn Castle Bodnant Gardens and Conwy Suspension Bridge. The Lake District is also within 2 hours drive.
