Located in Mulbarton which offers a small collection of shops fish and chip shop and an Adnam s pub all within walking distance of the property. It is within easy reach of the fine city of Norwich with its cathedrals theatres and night life. A little further takes you to the Norfolk Broads for day boat hire and fishing. Great Yarmouth for traditional seaside entertainment or Lowestoft with vast stretches of sandy beaches and promenade both within a 1 hour drive. Outside: regret no outside area although the properties back onto a very large common perfect for walkers and children to let off steam. Amenities: ample parking available. Bed linen and towels included. Convector and night storage heaters. Electric by 1 coin meter. Regret no smoking in the property. Location: shop and pub within walking distance.
