Comfortable accommodation to a high standard spread over four floors, sleeping up to 6 adults and 4 children (in two bunk rooms). Surprisingly warm for a building of this nature, aided by oil central heating, log fires and underfloor heating in the main reception room.Within;-Classic and contemporary interior; modern comfort without ruining the historical significance-Accommodation made up of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with four poster bed in the master suite -Well equipped, lime rendered, whitewashed kitchen in vault -south facing glass conservatory leads off kitchen with access to small enclosed garden spacePerfect for:Two families with school age children or mixed couple groups looking for the perfect castle experiencePlease note: Narrow, stonepike stairwells not suitable for anyone of any age with walking difficulties, including unsupervised young children. Large suitcases will be difficult to take up and down stairs. In the winter only 4x4 vehicles can suitably negotiate the steep access dirt driveway.
