Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of South Green. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break, yet within a couple of minutes walk of the beach, town and promenade. Shop: 250 yards Pub: 150 yards. Ground Floor: Sitting Room with TV, DVD, open fire and window looking on to the green Dining Room with table and chairs Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and microwave Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and additional put-you-up bed (if required) Bedroom 2 with a single bed Bedroom 3 with a single bed Shower Room with walk-in shower, washbasin and w.c. Garden: Enclosed courtyard to the rear, laid to slabs with access passage through gate to the side of property. Parking: Outside the cottage when available (not allocated with the cottage) or free parking within a two minute walk. Heating: Open fire and gas-fired central heating. Also Provided: Books, games, telephone for in-coming calls and assorted beach equipment. Notes: Due to the age of the property please note there is a narrow staircase with no handrail.
