Situated a short drive from the popular coastal town of Perranporth with its wealth of restaurants shops and pubs as well as the picturesque 3 miles of golden sandy beach that is popular with surfers and families alike. A short drive from the A30 that links east and west Cornwall means that the property can be used as an ideal base to visit the whole of the county from the rugged beauty of Lands End to the popular tourist destination of Newquay and to the shopper s haven of the cathedral city of Truro. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double accessed via 3 steps up from the lounge and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with ample seating around the flatscreen TV with Freeview DVD PlayStation and hi-fi. Kitchen: equipped with oven with hob microwave fridge freezer and washer/dryer. Outside: guests are welcome to enjoy the communal lawn directly in front of the cottage. Amenities: allocated off road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric and electric heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 2 miles at Perranporth shop 1 mile and pub within walking distance.
