Ideally situated to explore the whole of the area with its picture postcard villages including Cadgwith Mullion and Helford to name a few. Perfect for couples small families walkers sailors divers (Porthkerris Diving Centre is very close) or for those that need to get away from it all. There are a wealth of attractions all within a short drive which include Lands End Flambards Theme Park The Eden Project Tate Gallery at St Ives Lost Gardens of Heligan and much more. Alternatively use the property as a base as it is a wonderful destination for a car free holiday with the beach and pub serving good food being right on your doorstep. The property has lovely sea views and is a cosy spacious modern cottage which has just undergone renovation and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: family style with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD hi-fi and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker fridge and microwave. Dining area is accessed via two steps up from the kitchen. Utility area with washing machine and freezer. Outside: raised patio area with seating to enjoy the breathtaking views. Amenities: off-road parking and garage. Bed linen towels electric and night storage heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach and pub walking distance shop 2 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
