With a delightful countryside outlook you will be placed in the heart of North Devon it is ideal for exploring the various sandy beaches and sheltered coves as well as attractions to suit all tastes including the scenic village of Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets The Milky Way The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor Gardens to name but a few. Walkers will enjoy the National Trust cliff-top walks which run down to Cornwall. This semi-detached cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin on the first floor accessed via a spiral staircase. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with flatscreen TV and DVD/video. Kitchen: on the ground floor with dishwasher fridge freezer cooker and microwave. Outside: garden area with patio and seating.
