Children need to be supervised as the lake is 8ft deep. A pub serving good food is close by. Nearby is Weavers Way 56 miles of national walkway to enjoy the picturesque countryside. Stalham is 2.5 miles for shopping and day boat hire or a little further away is Wroxham. Sandy beaches at Sea Palling or Mundesley are within 3 miles. Leisure facilities: free use of private fishing lake 20 yds from property also included is a permit for St George s Fisheries 50 yds away which are well stocked with a variety of fish such as Roach Rudd Trench Bream and Carp. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with flatscreen TV and DVD/video and patio doors. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer electric oven/hob and microwave. Utility room: shared with washing machine for small charge of 2. Outside: enclosed patio with seating and BBQ with access to the lakes. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Stairgate. Regret no pets.
