RENOVATED FORMER SMITHY IDEAL FOR TOURING THE COUNTY Situated 2 miles from the A30 in the pleasant hamlet of Congdon s Shop on a crossroads this converted former smithy has been furnished and equipped to a good standard whilst retaining much of its original charm and character including slate floors exposed beams and stonework. An ideal location for touring the whole county there are long sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves to explore in most directions. You will be spoilt for choice with attractions to suit most tastes which include Launceston Steam Railway Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Bodmin Moor for its lovely walks numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few. In the evenings relax on the small patio area or visit one of many local family pubs serving food. The single storey accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 small double and 1 large zip-and-link double which can be a twin. Bathroom: with roll-top bath shower heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD and Freeview. Well-equipped kitchen area with cooker fridge with small freezer box dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating and wi-fi included. Towels available for hire. 20 heating surcharge between 1 October - 31 March payable direct to owner on arrival. Regret no dogs. Location: beach 15 miles shop 2 miles pub 1 mile.
