There is a small beach to enjoy and the golden sandy beaches of Pentewan and Gorran Haven are 3 miles away in either direction. The regional town of Truro is 20 minutes drive and has a range of leisure activities and high street shops. You will also be well placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes being within a short drive and these include The Eden Project Lost Gardens Of Heligan The Tall Ships at Charlestown Lands End Tate Gallery at St Ives and more. The accommodation which has harbour and town views from every room is arranged over three floors and offers TWO bedrooms: on the second floor there is 1 double which is approached via 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: on the first floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: on the first floor with TV DVD and Freeview. Dining room: on the ground floor with hi-fi. Kitchen: on the ground floor offers a cooker fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: accessed from the lounge a sun trap enclosed patio area with seating.
