LOVELY COTTAGE IN ONE OF CORNWALL S MOST PICTURESQUE AREAS This refurbished detached former mill cottage nestles in the Pentewan Valley on the edge of a small family farm and is almost a level walk to the cycle trail which takes you to the popular Pentewan beach. There is also a restaurant serving food and shop within walking distance. The traditional fishing village of Mevagissey is less than 4 miles away as is the large town of St Austell with many leisure facilities. There is much to see and do in the area with excellent country and woodland walks direct from the property. Attractions in the area include numerous National Trust properties and gardens The Eden Project Tall Ships at Charlestown and much more. You will also be centrally placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with most attractions being less than an hours drive. The accommodation which is on one level has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD Freeview and woodburner (logs supplied) with small balcony. Kitchen: with cooker fridge freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden and patio area with seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen electric and night storage heating included. Regret no pets. Location: beach 2 miles pub under 1 mile shop and restaurant 5 minutes walk. Arrival: 4pm.
