PEACEFULLY SITUATED BRICK AND FLINT COTTAGE A delightful mid-terrace cottage located in the village of Northrepps. There is a local pub nearby and many excellent restaurants and inns in the surrounding countryside. A 10 minute walk along quiet footpaths takes you to Overstrand which has a sandy beach small shops cafe and a hotel serving excellent food and afternoon teas. Alternatively enjoy a cliff-top stroll along the coast to Cromer which has a pier with entertainment promenade gardens and golf course. The National Trust s Sheringham Park Kelling Heath Felbrigg Hall are all within easy reach. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Shower room. Lounge: with TV DVD CD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen/diner: well- equipped with freezer washing machine dishwasher and microwave. Outside: enclosed front garden and rear patio with seating. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric night storage heaters and convector heater included. Regret no smoking. 1 small well-behaved dog by arrangement. Stairgate. Location: beach pub restaurants and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
