A 5 minute walk to vast expanses of sandy beaches backed by multi-coloured cliffs shallow water to explore the rock pools and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Stroll to the Victorian resort of Hunstanton with charming seafront gardens shops golf Princess Theatre and a boat trip to see the seals in their natural habitat. The stunning coastline and the many R.S.P.B. reserves is a haven for wildlife so bring your binoculars. Surrounded by pretty unspoilt villages ideal for a pub lunch of freshly caught seafood. Holkham Hall & beach is 20 minutes by car and Brancaster with sandy beach only 10 minutes away. Nearby Houghton Hall & Sandringham House with gardens and parkland Bircham Windmill to sample some delicious baking. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 family room with king-size and bunk bed with flatscreen TV and DVD player. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Lounge: with woodburner (1st basket of logs included thereafter available locally) flatscreen TV and DVD books games and toys provided. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with microwave washing machine dishwasher electric oven and hob and patio doors leading to enclosed courtyard. Cloakroom with WC. Outside: enclosed courtyard with seating and BBQ. Additional info: welcome beverages and biscuits on arrival. Amenities: parking for 1 car available.
