It makes an idyllic retreat for couples or families. Dunning is a peaceful village steeped in history nestling in the foothills of the Ochil range. Excellent walking in and around the area direct from the cottage. There is a hotel with regular live music at the weekends an award winning restaurant small supermarket and golf course all within a few minutes walk of the cottage. It also makes a perfect base for touring and day trips Perth is 10 miles with a wide range of shopping and leisure amenities. Many local attractions and a wealth of places to visit nearby. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with additional child s bed. Shower room: on the ground floor with large shower unit and power shower. Lounge: with flatscreen TV and DVD. Dining/sitting room: with woodburner. Kitchen: well-equipped with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge and washing machine. Outside: lawned garden with garden furniture. Amenities: ample off-road parking for two cars. Bed linen and towels electric and wi-fi included. No smoking in the property. Regret no pets. Additional info: property will either sleep 4 plus a baby or 2 adults 3 children and a baby. Location: pubs and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
