TERRACED HOUSE IN CONVENIENT CENTRAL LOCATION This holiday cottage is a short stroll from the heart of the market town of Wadebridge yet with its own private garden backing onto an idyllic stream and woodland it also offers an opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings. The Camel Trail which was given UNESCO Area of Outstanding Beauty status can be accessed nearby and there are several cycle hire shops in town if required to enable guests to explore the trail. The property is well situated to enjoy a selection of the popular Cornish surfing beaches; one being Newquay which is a short drive down the Atlantic Highway and offers 4 different beaches including Fistral renowned as the surfing capital of Britain. Other attractions in the area include the fishing villages of Rock Tintagel and Port Isaac The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Newquay Sealife Aquarium and the Tate Gallery at St Ives. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath shower and WC. Lounge/diner: lovely light room with TV/DVD and access to the garden. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: pretty tiered enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture. Please be advised that there is a stream at the bottom of the garden and children need to be supervised in this area. Amenities: private parking for 1 car or 2 small cars. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking inside the property. Additional info: due to the changeover that this property operates you do not need to vacate until 12 noon on the day of your departure. Location: beach 4 miles and selection of pubs shops and restaurants all within walking distance in the town centre. Arrival: 4pm.
