The many attractions nearby include sailing horse riding golf and bird watching at the nature reserves in Titchwell or Holme Marsh. Approximately 4 miles to sandy beaches at Brancaster or Hunstanton which has a Sea Life Centre and an indoor swimming pool. Nearby a small animal farm at Snettisham Holkham Hall and Sandringham House gardens and woodlands. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: accessed via steep stairs 1 double and 1 single. Bathroom: bath with hand held shower. Lounge/diner: cosy room with beams TV DVD video and multi fuel burner (first basket of logs included winter months only). Kitchen: well-equipped with fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed patio (shared access) with seating. Amenities: adjacent roadside parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome 2 by arrangement. Stairgate. Additional info: secure storage for bikes. Location: beach 4 miles pub walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
