The properties are perfect retreats for those seeking a countryside getaway yet are conveniently located for the many amenities and attractions North Devon has to offer with its wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton Croyde Woolacombe and Westward Ho! There are many local attractions in the area to suit all tastes. For those who wish to stay closer to home you are welcome to wander freely around the farm and enjoy many walks which can start right from the cottage door. The market town of South Molton is a short drive (as is Barnstaple) with its twice weekly pannier/farmers markets. Lynmouth with its unique cliff railway to Lynton small pebble beach and spectacular walks along the coast path make a lovely day out. Amenities: ample off-road parking outside the property. Bed linen towels and electric included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 20 miles pub 4.5 miles and shop 3 miles. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin (single put up bed also available). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
