There are beaches to the north and south coasts and attractions to suit most tastes which include The Eden Project The Tall Ships at Charlestown Bodmin Moor for walkers and nature lovers Trago Mills The Lost Gardens Of Heligan numerous National Trust properties and gardens including Lanhydrock The Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. Enjoy the facilities at the nearby town of St Austell with shops pubs restaurants and cinema or relax on the private patio. The spacious accommodation is furnished to a high standard and offers ONE double bedrooom . Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with wall mounted TV DVD well-equipped kitchen with cooker fridge dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine. Outside: glass doors lead to a private enclosed patio area with seating. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen and electric. Central heating is an extra 20 per week payable to the owner on arrival. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking. There is no cot or highchair at the property however you are welcome to bring your own. Location: beach at Par approximately 6 miles. Lakeview Country Club facilities open to non members (charges apply) 3 miles. Pub and shop within 2 miles.
