Built in the 1930s and located in a private road a semi-detached property which can be linked to its sister property via a connecting door. In a large plot you can enjoy lovely views directly over Thurlestone Golf Club and down to the beach which is a short stroll. The village centre offers a shop and popular pub/restaurant which serves good food. Enjoy some lovely coastal walks direct from the property or use it as a base to explore south Devon with many attractions including Salcombe and Dartmouth Woodland Adventure Park historic Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican The South Hams and Dartmoor for nature lovers and much more. Overall a perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: feather pillows.
