This delightful cottage which has un-obstructed views of the estuary from the lounge and master bedroom windows is just a short walk to the waterfront with its rock pools boat ramp and area of sand (at low tide) and is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of North Devon and North Cornwall s holiday attractions. The stylish accommodation consists of TWO bedrooms: both situated on the first floor 1 double with estuary views and ensuite shower room and 1 further double. Bathroom: situated on the second floor with spa bath separate shower WC heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Lounge: situated on the second floor light and airy and has superb views of the estuary and quayside. Real wood floor comfy sofas TV/DVD Freeview hi-fi sink unit and cupboard ideal for making tea/coffee and light snacks a relaxing place to sit and plan your next day s adventures. Kitchen/diner: open-plan with underfloor heating taking up the whole ground floor. Fully equipped with washing machine dishwasher electric/steam oven plus a separate microwave combi-oven fridge/freezer island unit with hob and ample storage. Ground floor WC. Outside: door from kitchen/diner leads out to a shared patio area with seating BBQ and undercover storage for bicycles. Amenities: roadside parking if available or in the large car park on the quay (weekly ticket can be purchased). Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 2 miles shops pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.
