The nearby market town of Bury St Edmunds offers a wide selection of amenities including a beautifully presented town centre with a large range of shops and restaurants award winning gardens and a ruined abbey to explore. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double with flatscreen TV/DVD and floor to ceiling windows offering fabulous garden views access to the gardens located on the ground floor and 1 further mezzanine double with flatscreen TV located on the first floor and accessed via steep spiral steps. Shower room: with WC located on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: lovely open-plan living space with TV/DVD feature large windows and original features such as exposed beams and stonework. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with freezer compartment and washer/dryer. Outside: garden area with garden furniture and access to owners large lawned garden with walks running direct from it. Shed with freezer. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars.
