Nestling in a pretty rural location on a family farm but with a wide variety of amenities close-by it provides a great base for a fun-filled holiday. A collection of excellent beaches are within easy reach making this an ideal holiday location. Choose from Porthleven Gwithian St Ives Poldhu Polurrian and Kynance all stunningly beautiful at any time of the year. For those who enjoy a good walk you can stroll out along the scenic coast path and take on the dramatic seascapes and pretty coves. Being centrally situated in one of Cornwall s most popular areas you will also be spoilt for choice with attractions to suit all tastes which include Flambards St Michael s Mount The Eden Project the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lands End. The accommodation is accessed via 4 external steps from the parking space arranged over one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower attachment on bath separate shower and WC 1 zip-and-link twin (that can be made as a super-king upon request by prior arrangement with the owner) with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge: with TV/DVD with Sky Sports package woodburner and French doors to garden. Kitchen/diner: with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: small enclosed garden with lawn patio area garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car or 2 smaller cars (further by arrangement).
