JUST 10 MINUTES WALK FROM FISTRAL BEACH This spacious modern apartment is located in one of Newquay s most desirable areas with lovely cliff-top and coastal views. The coast path runs from the rear of the property to either the picturesque rugged Pentire Headland overlooking Crantock Beach (approachable by foot but tidal) and The Lodge a stunningly positioned restaurant/bar with numerous decked areas to enjoy the fabulous views or in the other direction towards the world famous Fistral Beach with unbroken views of crashing surf and a lovely sandy beach. As well as a choice of sandy beaches and delightful walks there are many attractions within walking distance including the centre of Newquay with its picturesque harbour Sealife Centre and other leisure facilities. Use the apartment as a base to explore the whole of Cornwall either by car or public transport with places such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project or the Tate Gallery in St Ives being well worth a visit. In the evenings stroll to one of the many local dining options or visit Jamie Oliver s restaurant in Watergate Bay Rick Stein s in Padstow or simply enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine from the balcony with uninterrupted views. The accommodation is on the second-floor and approached via a lift. All rooms have lovely coastal views. There are THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with hand shower attachment and WC. Views over Pentire Headland. 1 twin with TV and lovely views over Fistral and 1 single with same lovely views. Bathroom: large with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large and well-equipped with cooker fridge freezer washer/dryer dishwasher microwave TV with DVD. Stylish and comfortable dining furniture and seating for 6 people. Outside: patio doors from the lounge/kitchen/diner lead to a sunny balcony with table and chairs uninterrupted coastal views and great sunsets. Amenities: 1 allocated parking space. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach shops restaurants and pubs all walking distance. Fistral beach is 10 minutes walk along the coast path. Crantock beach is a 10 minute walk using either a bridge (at low tide) or small ferry (at high tide) in season (June - October) and a longer 20-30 minute walk via a bridge (again at low tide) off season.
