PERFECTLY LOCATED A SHORT DRIVE FROM STUNNING BEACHES AND COAST PATH This spacious detached bungalow offers very comfortable and modern accommodation finished to a high standard it is perfect for family get togethers and celebrations. The sandy beach at Widemouth Bay perfect for sunbathing and rock pooling is a short drive away. There is a selection of restaurants and cafes overlooking the beach and 18 hole golf course within the pretty seaside town of Bude. For keen walkers there is easy access to the South West Coast Path offering dramatic vistas or the pretty level walk along the canal towpath. If you fancy a relaxing afternoon why not hire a rowing boat and take it along the river which runs through the centre of the town. The beautiful fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac or the cobbled village of Clovelly which is a step back in time are less than 30 minutes drive. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with wall mounted TV and en-suite shower room with WC 1 twin and 1 family room with king-size bed and bunk beds. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with flatscreen TV DVD iPod dock and patio doors leading to the enclosed garden. Kitchen/diner: with wall mounted TV CD player centre island unit electric oven ceramic hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Washing machine located in the integral garage. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen electric heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: sandy beach pub and shop at Widemouth Bay 3 miles.
