The property offers homely and welcoming accommodation with extensive use of natural wood nearby. Set within the picturesque rural village of Laggan a perfect escape. An excellent area for wildlife bird watching walking mountain biking and fishing can be arranged on the River Spey. Golf and pony trekking can be enjoyed in Newtonmore 9 miles away. Aviemore and Fort William are around 1 hour away. To discover the traditional art of malt whisky distilling Dalwhinnie Distillery is just 12 miles away. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with bath. Lounge: Freesat TV and open fireplace. Kitchen/diner: electric oven radio fridge microwave washing machine and tumble dryer. Utility room. Outside: natural open wooded area. Amenities: bed linen electric central heating and initial supply of solid fuel included. 1 small dog welcome. Additional info: extra solid fuel can be purchased locally. Short breaks accepted in off peak seasons. Arrival: 4pm.
