COMFORTABLE COTTAGE CLOSE TO CARDIGANSHIRE S HERITAGE COAST This delightful property is conveniently located in the small village of Ciliau Aeron in the pretty Aeron Valley some 3.5 miles from Aberaeron West Wales. The village has fishing lakes an organic farm shop and an 18th century walled garden run by the Ty Glyn Davis Trust and the gardens are open to the public from dawn to dusk every day of the week without charge. There are an abundance of footpaths in the immediate area making it perfect for walkers. Sailing and water sport enthusiasts can enjoy the many beaches and welcoming harbours nearby. The National Trust property Llanerchaeron is well worth a visit and is close by. Aberystwyth is a short drive as is the busy tourist village of New Quay which has become home to a pod of dolphins. Ceredigion has also an array of excellent dining venues spectacular landscapes and award winning beaches just awaiting your visit. The comfortable accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV/DVD 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Separate WC on ground floor. Lounge: with TV/DVD and wi-fi. Dining room: with multi-fuel stove. Kitchen: with electric oven hob washing machine dishwasher microwave fridge freezer and a seating area at one end looking out onto the patio and surrounding fields. Outside: enclosed courtyard patio with BBQ. Amenities: ample off road parking for 1 or 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric heating logs and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach shops restaurants and pubs all within 4 miles. Additional information: welcome tray on arrival.
