A short drive takes you to the 2 mile sandy beach at Westward Ho! ideal for sunbathing and watersports or enjoy a picnic in the sand dunes at Instow. Discover the quaint fishing village of Appledore or the steep cobbled fishing village of Clovelly. Leisure activities include golf at the Royal North Devon Golf Course horse riding surfing tennis and many coastal and countryside walks. The local area offers a selection of attractions including The Milky Way the Big Sheep Tapeley Park and Gardens Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. The mid-terrace accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with Sky TV DVD and french doors leading outside. Kitchen/diner: on the ground floor with electric oven gas hob fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside:enclosed patio garden accessed through patio doors from the lounge with pedestrian access to riverside footpath river views garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 small dogs by arrangement. A security deposit for dogs is required. Location: pubs and shops walking distance beaches 2 miles.
