The fabulous accommodation has been finished to the highest of standards and furnished in a contemporary style. Bude offers something for everyone whether its wandering around the high street offering small boutiques surfing the waves on one of the three beaches playing a round of golf on the championship links golf course or strolling along one of the many coastal footpaths you will never be short of something to do. In the evenings why not visit one of the friendly local pubs or have a meal in one of the many excellent restaurants serving a variety of dishes. The perfect position for visiting both counties with the Devon/Cornwall border a few miles away. The accommodation is positioned over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: all with TVs on the top floor 1 master double with distant sea views en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin. On the ground floor 1 bunk bedroom with double sofa bed. Bathroom: situated on the top floor with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living area situated on the first floor with Juliet balcony TV Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Integrated kitchen with electric oven and gas hob dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Dining table. Outside: enclosed garden and patio area. Amenities: use of garage for secure storage. Off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric and underfloor heating included. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: beaches pubs and shops all within walking distance.
