A beach within 2 miles and the Eden Project a short drive make for a fun-filled Cornish holiday! Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall there are a wealth of popular attractions within a short drive which include The Eden Project (which can be reached via a 20 minute walk from the property) the Tall Ships at Charlestown The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens to name but a few. The property is also less than 2 miles from the coast where you can enjoy some lovely walks sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages such as Fowey and Mevagissey. The area is also well served by golf courses and outdoor leisure facilities. In the evenings there is an abundance of nearby pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes many serving top quality local produce. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 pretty double room with luxurious four-poster bed and 2 single bedrooms. Bathroom: with electric shower and shower attachment over bath WC and slate floor. Lounge: cosy room with large flatscreen TV/DVD with Freesat. Kitchen/diner: modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: small private enclosed patio area to the front of the property with garden furniture. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. Regret no pets. Location: beach 2 miles and selection of pubs shops and restaurants in St Austell 3 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
