SECLUDED AND TRANQUIL RETREAT NESTLED IN A SMALL VALLEY NEAR LLANDYSUL Located on a working hay farm with extensive grasslands this farm cottage is perfect for couples or families that want complete quiet apart from the sounds of birds and the babble of the brook yet remaining a short drive from local villages and all that Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion have to offer. Beautifully renovated the property is ideally situated centrally for many attractions Cenarth is 11 miles away with its beautiful Falls Mill and National Coracle Museum Newcastle Emlyn is 10 miles away with shops and restaurants and Llandysul is 4 miles. The River Teifi is a popular fishing river and there are various walks in the local area or you can visit the Teifi Valley Railway. A selection of beaches to the west and south are less than 1 hour s drive. The modern accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 single. Bathroom: bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: with TV and woodburner central heating (logs included). Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven with gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge with ice compartment and extendable dining table. Utility: ideal for storage of bikes walking gear and boots. Outside: paved seating area to the rear of the property. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: parking for several cars. Bed linen towels (please bring beach towels) and electric included. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 well-behaved dog by arrangement. Location: beach 35 minutes drive pub shops and restaurants 2 miles. Arrival: 4.30 pm.
