The property is peaceful and tranquil with views across fields to Arthur s Seat and the Firth of Forth to Fife yet only 5 miles from the city center. Nearby is the superb Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre and the Railway Station with park and ride facility. There are regular buses into the city centre (day and night) and very easy access to the city by-pass. A popular child-friendly pub/restaurant with beer garden and play area is 1 miles. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 double with en-suite WC. On the first floor 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with free standing bath hand held shower over and WC. Lounge: with open fire. Dining room. Kitchen: farmhouse style with fridge freezer washing machine microwave TV Freeview and DVD. Breakfast room. Outside: enclosed rear garden with patio. Amenities: parking. Bed linen towels and electric included. Regret no smoking in the property. Solid fuel is not provided. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shops nearby and pubs/restaurants within 2 miles. Arrival time: 4pm.
