Right outside your front door a footpath leads to Breney Common Nature Reserve with ponds wildlife and some of the finest walks and bridle paths including the Saints Way. A short drive from the property is the Eden Project a unique mixture of education and exploration renowned as the Eighth Wonder of the World and the Lost Gardens of Heligan both of which are a must-see when visiting the area. Centrally located in a very peaceful area makes this the ideal spot to explore this unique peninsula with popular destinations such as the surf capital Newquay and the delightful village of Padstow (12 miles) with Rick Stein s seafood restaurants. The more sedate south coast with its quaint fishing villages of Polperro and Mevagissey together with hidden coves is 6 miles. The picture postcard harbour of Fowey is a short drive offering a selection of shops pubs and restaurants that are famed for serving the fresh catch off the boat. River and coastal trips are also available. Lounge/diner: located on the first floor with impressive vaulted ceilings and offering large flatscreen TV DVD and Freeview all based around the feature fireplace with woodburner (first basket of logs free) table seating 6 and piano. Kitchen/breakfast room: welcomes you into the property. Large farmhouse style and renovated to remain in keeping with Aga style range cooker dishwasher Belfast sink and TV. Utility: spacious adjoining the kitchen with electric range cooker American style-fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: 3.5 acre garden a real treasure offering large lawn with delightful views of Helman Tor and the surrounding countryside sun trap patio/gravel area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 dogs welcome (please note dogs must be kept in the kitchen). Location: beach 6 miles shop and historic village pub with its renowned restaurant 2 miles at Lanlivery. Arrival: 4.30pm.
