Ideally positioned for visiting the whole of Devon and Cornwall via easy access of the A30 and both the north and south coasts. Launceston is a delightful rural town steeped in history and offers a range of shops bars and restaurants. Many local attractions including The Norman Castle Steam Railway Trethorne Leisure Farm Tamer Otter Sanctuary Lawrence House Museum and lots of good golf courses. The famous Jamaica Inn and Bodmin Moor are not far to the west Dartmoor and Lydford Gorge again a short distance to the east. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach 20 miles pubs and shops 1 mile. This semi-detached cottage has been furnished with a modern style and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double with en-suite shower and WC 1 twin room and 1 further double bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath WC and heated towel rail. Downstairs shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: spacious room with TV with Freeview DVD hi-fi and dining table. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: pretty garden with furniture and BBQ.
