LOVELY BARN CONVERSION IN PEACEFUL SETTING WITH A MILE OF RIVER FISHING Situated within its own private grounds adjoining the owners main farm this detached barn conversion has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The property is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches to the north and south as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium numerous National Trust properties and gardens Jamaica Inn and much more. The area is also famed for its lovely scenery and is a haven for walkers. In the evenings relax with a BBQ on the patio or walk to the village pub serving good food which is less than 1 mile away. Leisure facilities: on site you are welcome to explore the 250 acre dairy farm. Fishing on the owners 1 mile of fishing (river Lynher) and salmon pools (maximum of 2 rods). The accommodation which enjoys lovely views over open countryside retains much original charm and character and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC 1 twin with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 zip-and-link double which can be a twin on request. All bedrooms have TVs. Bathroom: family size with bath wet-style shower and WC. Lounge: with TV Freeview DVD and woodburner (logs included). Kitchen/diner: farmhouse style with cooker washing machine fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden and patio with seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric underfloor central heating and wi-fi included. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 15 miles shop 2 miles pub just under 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.
