Lustleigh has recently been awarded The prettiest village in Devon and with its tea rooms and famous 15th century watering hole all on your doorstep it is easy to see why. This area is a walker s paradise with some of Devon s hidden treasures within easy reach and taking in some of the most breathtaking views across the rugged moor. There are many attractions close by including Bovey Tracey known as The Gateway to the Moor with its shops churches pubs restaurants and outdoor swimming pool and Canonteign Falls reputedly the highest waterfalls in England are close by. The unspoilt South Devon coast between Brixham and Plymouth are easily reached with its glorious beaches are a must when visiting this gorgeous part of the world. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1small single children s bedroom (2 6 bed). Bathroom: with shower over bath WC and heated towel rail. Lounge: with open fire TV DVD ipod speaker and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: with cooker microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: adequate parking on private forecourt to rear of the property for one family size car accessed by a narrow lane Bed linen Wi-Fi electric and partial central heating/storage heating included. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: beach 15 miles pub and shop 10 minutes scenic walk.
