Visit the award-winning Lost Gardens of Heligan approximately 3 miles away The Eden Project plus other beautiful spring gardens locally. National Trust properties seafood restaurants pubs riding fishing and golf are within easy reach. Farm activities: visitors will be welcome to watch the farming activities by arrangement with the owners who will be more than happy to show you around. The accommodation has THREE bedrooms: a step up from the landing leads you to 1 double 1 twin both with handbasins and 1 single. Shower room: with sloping ceiling skylight and washing machine. Separate WC. Lounge: with TV/DVD. Kitchen: small room with dining table and chairs gas cooker microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: enclosed lawn garden ideal for children to play in and garden furniture. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen electric wi-fi and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets.
